Thesecandidates consist of Asians, and executives from many parts of the world, including America,Europe and the Middle East. Many have transitioned successfully to new roles, both within andoutside the corporate arena. Others have benefitted from Paul’s experience and unconventionalapproach and successfully “re-invented” themselves and found new challengesand greater happiness in both their personal and professional lives.

His articles on those topics are also regularly published in the media. He has been invitedto appear on television as well as radio talk shows to share his experience in his fields ofexpertise. He is fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin and speaks basic Malay.
A firm believer in ‘giving back’, Paul is an active Rotarian, and a Past-President of the Rotary Club of Bugis Junction in Singapore. He held pro-bono leadership roles with the “Make-A-Wish Foundation (Singapore), including that of Board Chair. He is currently a Board member & the Chair of the HR subcommittee of Dementia Singapore (www.demntia.org.sg).

Prior to this, Leena held regional corporate leadership roles in industries as diversified as Healthcare, Print Solutions, Aerospace & Manufacturing. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
