Doctor who puts his patients first
MY WIFE has been consulting Dr Lo Ngai Nung at the SGH Specialist Practice at Gleneagles Hospital over the past year or so for a knee condition. Although they have a busy schedule, Dr Lo and his colleagues never fail to have a smile on their faces and show care and concern from the heart. During our most recent visit, we were impressed to see one of the senior aides serving tea to those who were waiting past their appointment time. It was their way of extending their apologies and thanking everyone for their patience. I am appreciative of Dr Lo for his dedication, and hope that he will also take care of his own health, as I suspect he does not have time to have a proper meal break or rest between consultations.
