Paul has been an inspiration to me in sharing with me his insights into how we approach our career evaluation and planning. During our various conversations, he has provided different perspectives in how we look at our career development rather than just focusing on a continuation of what we have been pursuing for a better part of our working life in specific set roles and industries.
One of the critical success factors of Paul is that he has this incredible ability to boost one's confidence and also leverage on empathy to encourage us to think out of the box and consider different pathways to pursing happiness in life and not just working careers, In that sense, it broaden my horizon in career planning and opens up many more possibilities which I would not have further explored.

I had the chance to meet Paul with whom I spent 10 sessions that changed my life. I remember my first session when I wanted to complain and describe all the things that bothered me. He didn't react to that, but focused on the future and wanted to know what I need. Then, he taught me how to find solution without wasting valuable time on analysing problems.
